Acceptable Use
Last updated 12 July 2026
00 gives your agents real reach — messaging, posting, calling, running code. With that comes responsibility. Don't use 00 to do things you shouldn't.
You agree not to use 00 to
- Break the law, or help anyone else break it.
- Send spam, run mass unsolicited outreach, or violate anti-spam and telemarketing rules.
- Impersonate a person or organisation, or deceive people about who — or what — they're talking to where disclosure is required.
- Harass, threaten, defraud, or harm others, or generate content that sexualises minors or incites violence.
- Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or scrape/collect personal data unlawfully.
- Circumvent the security, rate limits, or terms of any third-party model provider or communication platform.
Third-party platforms
When your agent acts on WhatsApp, Instagram, Slack, email, or any other channel, you must follow that platform's terms and automation/bot policies. Some platforms restrict automated messaging — that's on you to honour.
Your agents, your accountability
You are responsible for what your agents do with the tools and access you grant them. Review autonomous behaviour, keep humans in the loop for anything sensitive, and disable capabilities you don't need.
Misuse may, at minimum, get your provider or channel accounts suspended by those third parties.
